Gurunath Kanathur: Founding Director
Guru is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 17 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Direct Tax Laws, Corporate Law and Management Consultancy.
His professional engagements include Country Compliance and Control Manager, and eventually Head of the virtual Asia Transaction Centre (vATC) at Motorola, India. He then was the CFO of a Bangalore-based technology company, where he was actively involved in managing the relationship with a Private Equity Investor.
In 1992, he founded a consulting firm with Chetan Venugopal, which evolved from a first generation consulting firm to a 45-member practice with capabilities in Assurance, Tax and Management consulting.

Chetan Venugopal: Founding Director
Chetan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 17 years of experience, well-versed with the intricacies of Accounting, Financial Management & Corporate Law. He has participated in a number of certified programmes at IIM, Bangalore
He worked as Vice-President, Finance and Administration, for five years at Net Kraft Private Limited, a leading IT services company based in Bangalore. During his tenure as VP, he was involved in three rounds of funding and worked closely with Venture Capitalist and Private Equity Firms of international repute.
Between 1992 and 1999 he and Gurunath established a consulting firm providing direct and indirect tax advisory services on matters including In-bound and out-bound Investments, Cross-border transactions and Capital Structuring.

Rita Shah
As a management consultant by profession, Rita has spent a number of years at Price Waterhouse (now PwC), where she led many business process improvement projects, transforming finance and back-office operations. Rita specialises in finance and accounting process improvement. She has advised and supported a number of blue-chip companies in the UK and EMEA on operational strategy, accounting systems (ERP), reporting, pan-European consolidation and performance management. Rita has also advised and supported a number of government authorities and agencies. Her natural sense of client's priorities and holistic approach brings about outstanding solutions.

Raj Gosrani
Raj is a seasoned finance professional having spent much time advising clients on a number of financial and accounting issues in UK. He has worked for Touche Ross (now Deloitte) and has been in practice in UK for over 25 years serving clients across a range of sectors on strategic and operational matters, audit and compliance, business growth and planning, cost reduction and cross border working. He has supported a number of start-ups to establish their spot in the mid-market and continues to advise them. His passion for a no-nonsense approach works particularly well in the current climate coupled with his 'less is more' philosophy. Raj is the President of Relate NW London.

Hiten Shah
Hiten has held senior positions in consulting and industry, and has worked across the UK, Europe, USA and India. At Steria as client director, he led several enterprise-wide £MM transformation programmes for clients across a range of sectors. Hiten held a number of positions, responsible for the transformation practice, business development in utility and telecoms, and leading complex out-sourcing engagements (IT and F&A). The latter include setting up of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore operations, and supporting client-side governance and change. At Cable & Wireless, Hiten was responsible for key client programmes and post-merger integration (UK). He is keen to help business leaders deliver sustainable operational excellence.

Suresh Naidoo
Suresh Naidoo is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and past president of the institute’s Eastern Region. He started his accountancy career at Deloitte and then worked for one of Deloitte’s key clients. Suresh has held senior posts in industry before returning to the profession, where he joined an audit firm which soon became the one of the largest independent firms in South Africa. The firm merged with KPMG, at which point Suresh was appointed at the managing partner in the region, specialising in Public sector audit and risk advisory. Thereafter, he rejoined Deloitte as a partner to head the public sector consulting practice which he left to start-up Pierian SA in 2009.
