Identify and plan the entire project execution with the Client’s Practice Director
Ensure supply of quality standards for implementation at he center
Plan, acquire and allocate resources for the IDC
Participate in review meetings with Client
Escalate issues to Client
Overall Supervision of the project
 
Delivery Manager
Provide resource information for the project to Client practice manager
Coordinate transition of process to the India center
Initiate the process for the Center
Manage day-to-day operations at the center
Ensure implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems at the Center
Review all deliverables and documents before dispatch to the client
Daily reporting to the client Practice manager
Resolve issues if any with the client
Escalate issues to the Pierian Director for further discussions with the client
Participate in review meeting with the Pierian Director and client team
 
Quality Manager
Coordinate transition of process to the India center
Work with delivery manager to ensure quality processes
Impart training on quality assurance and service levels
Ensure quality on day-to-day basis
Ensure implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems at the Center
Daily reporting to the Delivery manager
Escalate issues to the Pierian Delivery Manager for further discussions with the client
Participate in review meeting with the Pierian Director and client team
 
Client Practice Director
Identify and plan the project execution and further expansion with Pierian Director
Ensure supply of quality standards for implementation at the India center
Timely transfer of funds for payment of Pierian charges
Address escalated issues amicably
Participate in review meetings with Pierian director
 
Client Practice Manager
Assist Pierian Delivery Manager in identifying and planning projects
Ensure adequacy of specifications from Client side
Provide technical support to offshore team
Provide progress information to Client Director
Participate in review meetings with Client
Review all documents and offshore deliverables
Escalate issues to Client Director
Assist Client Director in maintaining and building customer relations
 
Team Leads
Ensure quality of deliverables from their team
Ensure employee motivation & retention and resolve team issues
Assist delivery manager in managing day-to-day issues
Escalate issues to Delivery manger for team issues
Make up for employee absence
