Regulatory Consulting
	Incorporating the Indian Company with Registrar of Companies (ROC) under the Companies Act 1956.
	Make an application and obtain Company’s Permanent Account Number from the Income Tax Authority
	Make an application and Obtain Company’s Withholding Tax Number from the Income Tax Authority
	Make an application and register under the Sales Tax Laws
	Make an application and register under the Professional Tax Laws
	Make an application and register under the Provident fund and ESI laws (Similar to Social security tax in the US)
	Make an application and register under the Shop and establishment Act of the State Government
	Make an application and obtain registration with Software Technology Park of India (STPI schemes) & Customs Bonding.

Setting Up Infrastructure Facility

	Identify office space on lease based on the requirements of the Client
	Provide Client with photographs of prospective office space and a document that contains information/terms and conditions of lease to enable the client to decide and choose from a few options.
	Negotiate with the Landlord on behalf of the client on the terms and conditions of the lease, legal documentation, forwarding it to the client for its approval and its final sign off.

1. Furnished Accommodation
In most cases, the furnished facility does not include backup captive power supply, telecommunication links/equipments , Net working (to the desired levels), dedicated leased lines, refurbishing etc and therefore involves time and efforts to put all of these in place starting with negotiation with vendors to installation and commissioning. If the Client opts for a furnished facility , Pierian will provide the following services which includes :
	List out the improvements needed to be carried out at the identified office place
	Prepare an estimated cost of carrying out of these improvement/providing facilities
	Obtain necessary approvals from Client for the same
	Invite competitive quotes from prospective suppliers
	Negotiate supply terms and conditions
	Prepare a comparative analysis of the various quotes and obtain Client approval
	Document the firmed up quotes and issue letters of acceptance (PO’s)
	Ensure timely supplies and commissioning of the supplies
	Coordination with Suppliers during commissioning
	Settlement of suppliers dues

2. Unfurnished or Shell Space
If the client opts for a bare Shell space and decides to have the facility furnished by them Pierian‘s offers the following services;
	To arrange for a meeting between the Architect and the client in order to obtain and understand Client’s requirement.
	To provide the client with options on design & Specification.
	On client finalizing the design & the specifications invite tenders/quotes from vendors for various categories of work.
	Prepare a comparative analysis of the various quotes and obtain Client approval
	Document the firmed up quotes and issue letters of acceptance (PO’s) to the vendors.
	Ensure timely supplies and Execution of work
	Settlement of suppliers dues as per the terms of Contract.
	Hand over the premises to the client on completion of work.
