Vasundhara Chakravarthy (VC) serves as the Head of HR Shared Services and Talent Acquisition at Pierian, bringing over 25 years of strategic and operational HR leadership experience across IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Construction Project Management, Products, and EdTech.

She leads Pierian’s end‑to‑end HR Shared Services covering Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, and HR Operations, driving excellence through process optimization, digital enablement, and AI‑led transformation. She plays a key role in building scalable people practices, designing robust operating models, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all HR functions.

Vasundhara’s career includes leadership roles such as CHRO – People Practice and Group Head HR, where she collaborated with executive teams to shape people strategies that strengthen growth, engagement, and organizational efficiency. A champion of digital HR, she has led AI, automation, and analytics adoption to enhance employee experience and improve operational agility, embedding process intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making across HR ecosystems.
