Chetan Venugopal  is  a Chartered Accountant from  the Institute  of  Chartered  Accountants  of  India  and  has completed the MDP – CEO Program at the Indian Institute of Management(IIM ) Lucknow.

As  the  Co-founder  of  Pierian  Group  of  Companies,  The Company  employs  over  2,500  professionals  in  delivering managed   services   across   finance,   business   process management,  human  resources,  data  analytics,  and  tech solutions.    With  operations  spanning  India,  the  US, Singapore, the Middle East, and Australia, Pierian supports clients India and Abroad.

He served as an Independent Director on the Board of Indian Railways Finance Corporation (IRFC) from 2019 to 2021, even chairing the audit committee when the company went public. Additionally, he contributed to higher education development as part of the Vision Group set by the Government of Karnataka.

Before founding Pierian, Chetan was Vice President of Finance at a tech company, overseeing finance, HR, and administration on a global scale.

He is also passionate about sports, having represented Karnataka and South Zone, Bangalore University in cricket.

Beyond his professional life, he actively engages in social causes through Rotary Bangalore Prime where he is leading an Initiatives to Skill Final year commerce graduates and make them Job ready. Over 2000+ students have been trained in this regards over last 4 years.

He was felicitated with  the prestigious NadaPrabhu Kempegowda award 2025 for Entrepreneurship- Govt of Karnataka.
