5. CCTV Surveillance

We use video surveillance equipment for security and access control purposes (legitimate interest), which is necessary for providing a safe environment for our employees and all stakeholders entering the Office.

Note: The CCTV system is not used for any other purpose, such as systematic behavioural monitoring

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected the PII of a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

We do not currently commit to responding to “do not track” requests, in part, because no common industry standard for “do not track” has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators. around Do Not Track browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

Pierian Services Pvt Ltd does not sell or share Customer Personal Information under the Agreement.

14. Use of sensitive personal information

Pierian Services Pvt Ltd does not collect any Sensitive Personal Information from the Customers under  the Agreement.

15. Retention, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

Pierian will not retain, use, or disclose Customer Personal Information according to the Agreement outside of the direct business relationship with Customer or for any purpose, including a Commercial Purpose, other than as necessary for the specific purpose of providing the Products for Customer according to the Agreement.

We may periodically update this Statement. Please check our website for the most current version.
