We don’t believe in designations

At Pierian, our organisation works free of designation and follows a totally flat hierarchy system internally. Formal designations and hierarchy are for interfacing with clients and external collaborations or forums. Our leaders manage and lead through inspiration, not dictating. They speak directly to the employees about their valuable contribution to the projects.  The top management is always approachable and accessible to every employee, whether it is to share a creative idea, introduce a perspective that will improve any work situation, or share a difficulty they are facing. Everyone is treated with equal respect, acceptance, and appreciation, however diverse, senior, or junior they are.

Our culture is unique and inspirational

Since our inception, we have fostered a culture that drives employee bonding and support.
