Madhusudan Krishna

Madhusudhan Krishna heads the Finance function at Pierian and brings over 27 years of experience in Business Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, and specialized areas such as preparing inputs for investor‑related documents. He is deeply focused on strengthening business performance through clear representation of key financial and operational metrics.

In his decade‑long tenure at Pierian, he has overseen Finance, HR, Admin, Legal documentation—including contract drafting and vetting—and various commercial functions. He has played a significant role in major company certifications such as SSAE and GDPR, while supporting business leaders in performance measurement, profitability analysis, and contributing to strategic and corporate initiatives at the Board level.

Before joining Pierian, Madhu worked with Infinite Computer Solutions, IBM, and ABB, gaining diverse exposure across global business environments. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Outside of work, Madhu enjoys spending weekends reading, watching sports, and taking occasional trips.
