Prashanth Nandella

Prashanth is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience across global Fortune 500 organisations, known for combining operational depth, digital innovation, and people-centric leadership to drive sustainable transformation. An alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta, he has held several pivotal roles, including Business Unit Head for multiple verticals within Cognizant’s Integrated Operations & Analytics (IOA) and Chief Operating Officer at Firstsource.

He has consistently led large-scale transformation programs, leveraging analytics, automation, and digital platforms to deliver growth and operational excellence. Earlier, he held leadership positions at DE Shaw, UBS, HP, GE, and Citi, where he built global delivery centres and led complex change initiatives across technology and financial services. As President of HYSEA, he actively shapes Hyderabad’s technology ecosystem, championing GCC transformation, digital acceleration, and sustainability. Deeply committed to social impact, he serves on the Advisory Board of Nirmaan Organisation, supporting women’s entrepreneurship and mentoring purpose-driven leaders.
