Rakesh Tergundi
CTO
Rakesh Tergundi is CTO at Pierian Group, leading teams across Agentic AI, RPA, analytics, infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. With over 30 years of experience building products and solutions for supply chain, finance, and logistics, he has held executive roles at Google, Motorola, and P&G.
At Google, he led the Global Delivery Center for Supply Chain and Post-Sales, providing technology services to distribution centers and manufacturing organizations worldwide. At Motorola, he was part of the leadership team that established a greenfield manufacturing facility for manufacturing network equipment and smartphones, serving domestic and export markets across Asia-Pacific and EMEA. He also led major transformation projects including ERP and next-gen supply chain initiatives.
Before joining Pierian, Rakesh founded JiniCommerce, an award-winning, profitable B2B commerce platform serving enterprise customers across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the USA.
Rakesh holds degrees in Electronics & Communication Engineering and Advanced Computing from CDAC. He is also a passionate educator, adjunct faculty member, avid reader, and traveler.
