Vinod Urs

Vinod Urs has been with Pierian for over 15 years and currently leads the Business Process Management Services division. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he specializes in transforming business processes within short turnaround times, driving operational excellence and cost optimization across engagements.

Over the years, Vinod has successfully led several key client engagements with organizations such as HP, Toyota, Zomato, and others, consistently delivering measurable efficiency improvements and strong business impact. His ability to streamline processes and enhance service delivery has contributed significantly to Pierian’s reputation for high‑quality execution.

Outside of work, Vinod enjoys playing badminton, watching tennis, and spending time at the beach—his favorite place to unwind.
