Mahesh Pillai

Mahesh has led major organizational transformations across Shared Services and digital initiatives, including Business Process Management, ERP implementation, Cloud, and Mobility solutions. With over 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise across industries such as Logistics, Technology, Manufacturing, FMCG, Travel, Telecom, Mining, and Automotive. A commerce graduate from Bangalore University, he has also undergone extensive training in General Management, IT, Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Business Laws conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He played a key role at Motorola India in setting up its Global Shared Services Center as part of the Process and Transition Team. At Pierian, he began as a process and quality champion and went on to build a strong consulting practice in Process Consulting, System Integration, and Strategic Consulting.

As CEO of Encore Pierian, Mahesh is the Project Champion for the Shared Services setup for Transworld Group, a billion‑dollar logistics conglomerate across India and the Middle East. He led the end‑to‑end conceptualization and transition of core Logistics, Finance, Business Support, HR, and IT functions from 14 group companies into the Shared Services model.
