Madhusudhan Krishna heads the Finance Function at Pierian. With an experience of over 27 years, he has expertise in Business Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, and various other specialized areas like the preparation of inputs for Investor documents, etc. He believes in bringing operational focus on business performance through the representation of key parameters in understandable templates and formats.
In his decade-plus tenure at Pierian, he has been responsible for Finance, HR, Admin, Legal documentation (including Contract Drafting/Vetting), and other Commercial aspects at various points in time and played an important part in the Company certifications (such as SSAE/GDPR), apart from supporting business leaders in measurement of performance and profitability and supporting the Board in various Strategic/Corporate initiatives.
Prior to joining Pierian, Madhu had worked in Infinite Computer Solutions, IBM, and ABB. Madhu is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Madhu likes to spend weekends reading. He loves watching various sports events and enjoys occasional trips.
