Mahesh Pillai is presently leading the e-Commerce business services at Pierian as its CEO. He specializes in transformation engagements in the areas of shared services and digital services including Business Process Management, ERP implementation, Cloud, and Mobility. His expertise is in various industry verticals including Logistics, Technology, Manufacturing, FMCG, Travel, Telecom, Mining and Automotive amongst others.
Earlier as CEO of Encore Pierian, he was the Project Champion for the Shared Services Setup for Transworld Group, a billion-dollar Logistics group across India and the Middle East. Prior to joining Pierian, he had been a key player in the Process and Transition Team at Motorola India Limited in establishing its Global Shared Service center. He is a Commerce graduate from Bangalore University with over 20 years of experience. He has been trained in General Management, Information Technology, Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Business Law by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
