Manik leads the Accounting Advisory team within the Assurance business unit. He brings over a decade of rich experience in Assurance and Advisory, specializing in technical accounting matters. Before joining Pierian, he had been a member of the technical accounting group at EY and a part of the Deloitte assurance practice.
He has extensive experience in accounting and reporting under US GAAP/IFRS. He has helped numerous clients in drafting accounting memos on complex topics, preparation of financial statements, implementing new accounting standards, GAAP conversion & navigating through SEC reporting requirements. He has also worked closely with the professional practice team during his tenure at EY and has been through the PCAOB inspection rigor. Manik is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India . He has also completed his diploma in international financial reporting from ACCA.
