Prabin focuses on Client Service Delivery through operational excellence and people management at Pierian and is responsible for shaping and implementing talent strategy across FinOps function. Prior to joining Pierian, Prabin held senior management roles at Accenture, Genpact and EXL, and spent 16 years of his career in back-office operations for finance and accounts domain. He is passionate about leadership development, learning and empowerment of future leaders.
Prabin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Calicut and a Master Certification in Business Management from IIM Bangalore.
